RETURN POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Notwithstanding your rights under applicable law, I offer a 30-day return period for if you are not satisfied with the goods.

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, I aim to refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at DC@projectdcworks.com.

I may update this Return Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to my practices or for other reasons (including operational, legal and regulatory). If this happens, I will post the revised Return Policy on this website and update the ‘Last updated’ date. I may also, in my absolute discretion, implement an announcement bar on this website for a period of time determined by me to announce that I have updated this Return Policy.
